Brief introduction of hydraulic actuator

Hydraulic actuator is driven by hydraulic power oil valve opening and closing of the valve actuator. According tooperation, can be divided into rotating hydraulic actuator ( main control butterfly valve, ball valve and so on 0-90° rotating opening valve ), Linear hydraulic actuator ( main control globe valve, gate valve and so on straight stroke valve opened ) and multiple rotary ( Screw Down ) hydraulic actuators ( need mechanical self-locking conditions require valve ).
Hydraulic actuator based on the mode of action can be divided into the double acting hydraulic actuator and the spring return hydraulic actuator. Open and close the valve all through the power oil driven called double acting hydraulic actuator; open or closed by dynamic oil drive, instead by mechanical reset movement called spring return hydraulic actuator. Spring return hydraulic actuator can achieve three fault protection function ( during power ,control signal and pressure, off the case, can automatically close or open the valve ).

Design features

1)Small and medium torque hydraulic actuator adopts pinion and rack structure, while high- torque actuators are equipped with scotch yoke type mechanism driving mechanism. AT4 series pinion rack and scotch yoke hydraulic actuators are small in size, strong and durable, with high output efficiency and wide output torque range;
2)The high pressure power of hydraulic system makes hydraulic actuator have smaller weight than pneumatic and electric actuators, etc.;
3)The oil tank, motor, hydraulic pump and accumulator are organically integrated into stable and reliable hydraulic power source according to user requirements, which not only can meet general demands but also can satisfy the place with relatively low-reliability power supply;
4)The assembly of pressure, flow and directional control valves and abundant electric control components compose different hydraulic control systems, which can meet users' requirements of different functions and protection and explosion protection;
5 )The realization of incompressibility of hydraulic medium and system zero leak and high maintaining pressure endows the electro-hydraulic actuator with relatively high positioning characteristic;
6)It can realize emergency self-protection functions such as opening and closing when the valve loses power.
7)The valves can be closed and opened rapidly;
8)Flammable hydraulic liquid can be used as medium in high temperature inflammable occasions (such as EH oil, etc.),but it needs to be equipped with special sealing ring;
9)Both high-accuracy position control and speed control can be realized by means of proportional and servo valves and thus to realize the high-accuracy regulating property of valves.
