AT-EH Series Electro-Hydraulic Actuator

This electro-hydraulic actuator series is an upgrade based on the small AT-EH power unit for personalized complex control of valves. The pump, motor and hydraulic control components in the LPU are all high- quality products from international leading brands. Single-acting series is generally equipped with a single electric control 2/4-way solenoid valve. When the power is suddenly off or ESD signal is received, the actuator can automatically close/open the valve FC (or FO) through the accumulator, and the quickest time can be up to 0.5s. Double-acting of accumulator reset series is generally equipped with a 3/4-way solenoid valve. Under the action of energy storage oil pressure from accumulator, the actuator can be quickly opened and closed in both directions, and valve will remain in position FL during the power breakout. The intelligent adjustment type is equipped with a proportional or servo valve and PLC, and the system can adjust the valve opening degree arbitrarily based on a 4- 20mA control signal, with a maximum accuracy of 0.1% to 0.2%.
